WHAT WE DO
Drydocks World is setting new standards in the maritime industry worldwide. From engineering, procurement and construction to ship and rig repair, maintenance, and conversion – we keep the oil & gas and energy sectors moving. Located in the warm waters of Dubai, our yard is spread over nearly one million square meters, with three graving docks, a floating dock, as well as more than 3,700 metres of berth space making us the largest ship repair facility in the Middle East.

OUR HISTORY
Established by HH Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum’s royal decree in 1983, Drydocks World became a part of the DP World family in 2018. To date, we have completed more than 9,000 ship repair, maintenance and upgrade projects. Over more than 40 years of excellence, we have excelled in conversion projects, FPSO refits, and renewable energy projects. In 2023, we established our own EPC division, to ensure we set new standards for the global marine and offshore fabrication sector in the Middle East.
