 Ravi Senaratne
Director - Commercial
After completing his apprenticeship in Marine Engineering, he started his career with Colombo Dockyards and subsequently worked for ASRY, Bahrain as Ship Manager and Estimator. He joined Drydocks World – Dubai as an Invoicer in 1992, working his way up to become Chief Estimator, Estimating Manager, Commercial Manager and Commercial Director in 2007. He is a Chartered Marine Engineer (UK) and Chartered Professional Engineer (Institute of Engineers, Australia) and holds an MBA in Maritime Management from Australian Maritime College.
 Mohammad Rizal Bin Abdullah
Director - Production
He has extensive experience working with Singapore based Sembawang Engineering and Shipyard and Pan United Marine. He joined Drydocks World - Dubai as a Ship Repair Manager in 1993, becoming the Invoicing Manager, Production Manager in 2004 and then Production Director in 2007.
 Stuart Baxter
Director – Technical
A Marine Engineer by profession, he spent 17 years at sea with BP Shipping before joining Drydocks World - Dubai as Ship Repair Manager in 1997. After a brief hiatus as Docking Superintendent for a major oil company, he returned as Technical Director in 2007.
 Hamad Al Maghrabi
Director - Shiplifts
He worked as an Operations Manager with Jadaf Dubai shipyard, then as a Project Manager in the interim, before joining Drydocks World – Dubai as Director – Shiplifts in 2008. He is a Marine Engineer by profession and holds a second engineer license from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, UK. He is participating in the Dubai Leadership Program implemented by Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
 M.P. Singh
Director – New Building
He joined Drydocks World - Dubai in 1996 as Ship Repair Manager and thereafter as Production Control Manager. He held several responsibilities as Conversions Manager, Safina Project Manager, Aker H6e Project Manager, New Building Division Manager and subsequently as Director – New Building in 2008. A Marine Engineer by profession, he has sailed the high seas on merchant vessels for eight years, several of them as Chief Engineer. He also holds a Masters Degree in Shipping, Trade and Finance, from City University, London.
 Ahmed Hareb Al Rumaithi
Director – HR
A University Graduate, he started his career with UAE Government Departments, serving on many senior HR positions for around 21 years. He joined Drydocks World – Dubai in 2007 as Director – HR and his main areas of interest are Change Management, Planning and Strategy. He is currently leading the HR Division by implementing Human Resources Development Strategies based on international best practices.
 Nagraj Rao
Director – Finance
He joined Drydocks World - Dubai in 2009. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. His career spans 25 years, 20 of them with J. Ray McDermott in Dubai.
