Mohammad Al Awadhi possesses a wealth of experience in the maritime industry, having amassed approximately 17 years of experience. His tenure at Drydocks World, a DP World Company, dates back to 2010, following his stint at Dubai Maritime City. Presently, he holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and is a Senior Executive Leadership Team member. His current responsibilities include evaluating, analyzing, and strategically framing new business growth opportunities, both locally and globally. In this capacity, he also examines avenues such as mergers and acquisitions to enhance revenue streams for the company. 

Throughout his career, Mohammad Al Awadhi has held several senior managerial roles at Drydocks World, including Strategy, Quality Management, and HSE. In these capacities, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the management systems, quality processes, and HSE compliance and culture. Notably, during the COVID-19 crisis, he served as the deputy leader of the Drydocks World Dubai Crisis Management Team, a testament to his ability to steer the company towards business and operational sustainability in challenging times. Additionally, he has served as a Board Member on the Adriatic 42 Board of Directors and the Drydocks World-Paxocean Board of Directors, representing Drydocks World's maritime business investments in Singapore and Indonesia. 

Mohammad Al Awadhi has also served as a committee member in several local and federal-owned organizations in the UAE, specializing in Strategy, Maritime, and Business Excellence. He was a member of the Maritime Industrial Strategy Committee, established by the Government of Dubai to position Dubai as one of the leading maritime business centers globally. During the COVID-19 crisis, he was a member of the UAE Maritime Policy Planning Committee. Furthermore, he has served as an Assessor of the Dubai Quality Award program sponsored by the Government of Dubai. 

Mohammad Al Awadhi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management. He is an EFQM Excellence Certified Assessor, a Dubai Quality Award Assessor, a Lead QMS Auditor, and holds a Diploma NVQ Level 5 in OHS. These certifications demonstrate his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
